The Kitchen

With cooking theory that reflects hundreds of years worth of practice and cultural traditions, the Centre Wellington DHS Food School ultimately aims to create thoughtful and delicious food while developing our own skills as cooks. Under the current guidance of Chef/Teacher, Chris Jess, the kitchen will work to continually source locally grown foods.

As much as we aim to serve you good food, the Food School endeavors to maintain high educational standards that pursue deep, meaningful learning about how our choices here affect globally. Grounded in slow food principals, the food school is working to develop a long-standing relationship with its local farmers, while laying ground work for our own school gardens in the future.
