Due to the advantages (and limitations) presented to us as a public school based food school, placing a request to have our students provide you with food will always be a more dynamic negotiation then going through a private catering service.

    I wanted to let your students know about our March Break Culinary Camp here at the Stratford Chefs School! We are offering 3 afternoon sessions – plated desserts, bread and menus – On March 17th, 18th and 19th, 2009. Come for one or all three!
