Well done Chris! What you are doing is so important. Lucky you living where you are, have more to choose from when it comes to local. It would be great to see perhaps a monthly recipe or set of recipes (I would stay tuned and use them often!) on the website, which could eventually turn into a fantastic cookbook which could be sold Canada wide to support your valuable efforts. It would be so amazing to see what you are doing down east to radiate across the country! I am incredibly proud of you.
