Our work in the kitchen is inextricably linked to the farmers who work the local Wellington County soil. We pay tribute to these workers by making the most balanced, consciously paired, and delicious foods we can.
The Wellington County is blessed with an abundance of farmland and we aim to highlight the farmers who work to grow our food. Particular attention and support is given to farmers choosing sustainable and, when ever possible, organic processes to create their products. Ultimately, this is done to continue discussions about the sustainability of agribusiness practices while pursuing the best flavored ingredients.
